Late Dr. (Adv.) O.P. Yadav, affectionately known as Bauji, was a visionary educationist, patriot, and institution builder. Inspired by his father, Rao Pahlad Singh, he founded RPS Education Society in 1998 with a mission to make quality education accessible and transformative.
He proudly served the Indian Air Force for 15 years, including the 1965 and 1971 Indo-Pak Wars, before dedicating over three decades to the legal profession. His unwavering commitment to education, discipline, and nation-building shaped countless lives and established Mahendergarh as a recognised centre of learning.
A true Karmayogi, Bauji led with wisdom, humility, and compassion. His vision, values, and enduring legacy continue to inspire every member of the RPS family.
